How do I place an Order?
- Select on the item intended to purchase -> Add to cart -> View Cart(at the top right where there is a small cart icon) -> Apply points if there is for discounts(it will be automatically used to offset against the total bill) -> Proceed to checkout -> Fill in billing details and any notes to seller if there is -> Select shipping mode -> Select payment mode ,
- (a) Tick on the box “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions” -> Proceed to PayPal -> Fill in payment details -> Pay now!
- (b)Tick on the box “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions” -> Place order and follow instructions on payment details!
- Please ensure that you have selected the correct item(s) including size, colour, before proceeding to complete the checkout process.
- You are responsible for ensuring accuracy of all orders. 6style will not be held responsible if an incorrect product/size/colour is ordered.
- All instock orders will be dispatched from our end the next working day after order has been placed, unless item(s) is out of stock or otherwise stated, we will contact you via email.
- Kindly ensure that the shipping address provided at check out is valid and correct. 6style shall not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by the incorrect/incomplete addresses.
Do I need an account to place an order?
- No, you do not need an account to place an order. However, having an account is encouraged as you can accumulate points to be offset in your next bill.
Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

How soon will order be shipped out?
- Instock orders placed will be shipped within 2 working days.
- Backorder items takes around ~4 weeks to arrive, subjected to any unforeseen delays. Please only join backorders if you are comfortable with the wait.
- If you place a backorder and instock item together, we will ship out once the backorder item arrived.
- If you wish to receive the instock item first, kindly cart out separately.
- Upon arrival of backorder items, we will drop you an email to update
- Backorder items placed and after payment has been made are not allowed for any changes such as cancellation, changing of sizes. Hence please ensure backorders are made accurately.
What if I received an incorrect/defective item?
We sincerely apologise for any defects in the items sent, or any incorrect items sent.
For defective/incorrect items, please email us within 7 working days from the date we sent out the item at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include in the email: Detailed photos of the defect area/s and your order number for verification purposes.
*Defective items DO NOT include the following:
– Placement of prints
– Minor sewing thread issue
– Slight stain which can be washed off easily
– Slight colour difference due to different monitors resolutions and studio/outdoor lighting
– Dropping of buttons which can be sewn on easily
– Any other ‘defects’ that do not affect the overall look of the entire apparel
- Product measurements are provided on the website on the best accuracy when laid down
- Measurements on the website may vary from 0.5 -1 inch due to mass production
How Do I Track My Order?
- You are given a order ID once order has been placed. You can track your orders here
- Items on sale are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Promotional/ Coupon codes
- Please enter coupon code before completing the check out process when intending to utilise
- Strictly no extension of promotional/coupon codes
- Promotional/Coupon codes are by per order usage
- 6style reserve the rights to cancel any promotional/coupon codes which we deemed are not valid.
- Most store credits has a 6 months expiry date, please ensure it is utilised before the expiry date.
- Strictly no extension of store credits
- In any case store credits is not utilised after the expiry date, Kindly drop us an email for an extension and we will look into it on a case to case basis.
- Store credits can only be used on instock items, new arrivals included
- Store credits cannot be utilise on any backorder or 6STYLEXCLUSIVE items, unless the store credits is acquired by buying 6STYLEXCLUSIVE item.
