Ordering

How do I place an Order?

  • Select on the item intended to purchase -> Add to cart -> View Cart(at the top right where there is a small cart icon) -> Apply points if there is for discounts(it will be automatically used to offset against the total bill) -> Proceed to checkout -> Fill in billing details and any notes to seller if there is -> Select shipping mode -> Select payment mode <If via PayPal, refer to (a)>, <if via bank transfer, refer to (b)>
  • (a) Tick on the box “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions” -> Proceed to PayPal -> Fill in payment details -> Pay now!
  • (b)Tick on the box “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions” -> Place order and follow instructions on payment details!
  • Please ensure that you have selected the correct item(s) including size, colour, before proceeding to complete the checkout process.
  • You are responsible for ensuring accuracy of all orders. 6style will not be held responsible if an incorrect product/size/colour is ordered.
  • All instock orders will be dispatched from our end the next working day after order has been placed, unless item(s) is out of stock or otherwise stated, we will contact you via email.
  • Kindly ensure that the shipping address provided at check out is valid and correct. 6style shall not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by the incorrect/incomplete addresses. 

Do I need an account to place an order?

  • No, you do not need an account to place an order. However, having an account is encouraged as you can accumulate points to be offset in your next bill.

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

  • Please contact us here and or email us and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Alternatively, you may drop us an email at contact@6style.co and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

How soon will order be shipped out?

  • Instock orders placed will be shipped out the next working day.
  • Backorder items will take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive and we will contact you via email once item has arrived and shipped out from our side. If you are on BO for an item, kindly do not rush us for status of item and ensure you are fine to wait.

What if I received an incorrect/defective item?

  • We sincerely apologise for any defects in the items sent, or any incorrect items sent.
  • For defective/incorrect items, please email us within 7 working days from the date we sent out the item at contact@6style.co.
  • Please include in the email: Detailed photos of the defect area/s and your order number for verification purposes.

How Do I Track My Order?

  • You are given a order ID once order has been placed. You can track your orders here

Sale Item

  • Items on sale are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Promotional/ Coupon codes

  • Please enter coupon code before completing the check out process when intending to utilise 
  • Strictly no extension of promotional/coupon codes
  • Promotional/Coupon codes are by per order usage
  • Promotuonal codes are strictly not to be used on outfits after $5 discount
  • 6style reserve the rights to cancel any promotional/coupon codes which we deemed are not valid.

Points System

  • Every $1 spent entitles to 1 point.
  • 50 points accumulated -> $1 offset to next total bill
  • Kindly ensure you are logged in your account and “APPLY POINTS” before proceeding to check out.
  • 6style reserves the rights to decline any points if you did not apply points before check out and payment has been made.
