How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
- 6style will ensure items are in good condition before delivering out. After order has been dispatched and fulfilled on our end, 6style strictly do not allow changing or cancellation of orders.
- After payment has been made, 6style do not allow any cancellation of orders.
- Before order has been dispatched, you may email us at email@example.com with your order number to check if you are able to change the order (e.g wrong size/wrong colour bought). 6style does not promises that all orders can be changed and it is for 6style to determine if request is valid.
How Can I Return a Product?
- Strictly no exchanges/refunds for items on backorders. Hence, do take note when ordering backorder items.
- 6style only accept returns 7 working days (for local delivery) and 20 working days (for international delivery) from the day the item(s) is delivered.
- In any case if an incorrect item is sent, we sincerely apologise for that. We will arrange a courier to pick up without extra cost and also send the correct item.
- For any returns at our showroom, we strictly do not allow exchanges for another item on the spot. You would need to return for store credits and use the credits for online purchase ONLY.
- We allow size exchanges at our showroom, subject to stocks availability. Kindly email in before coming down.
- For size exchanges, if your size to exchange is on backorder, we will issue store credits into your account so you can purchase online thereafter.
- Returns must be in their original condition – packed in their original transparent packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact. Exchanges for item(s) which do not meet all conditions will be duly declined.
- You shall bear the full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. 6style will not be liable for lost mails.
- Postage costs for all returns will be borne by the customers.
- Please take note that exchanges only can be done ONCE for all customers
- Item purchased via store credits will be valid for a one time exchange for any instock items, subject to item availability.
- Items purchased via store credits will NOT be valid for returns again.
- Store credits cannot be utilise on any backorder items.
- Exchanges/Returns without any items involved will only be done via Store Credits
- Store credits used in an order will not be valid for exchanges/returns
- Store credits cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional codes
- Exchanges are strictly not valid for cash refunds after order has been shipped out unless item has been out of stock/defective product received AND it is only the last piece left whereby customer decided to change their mind. Refunds will be done as per order and any discount/points utilised will not be valid for the cash refunds, and will be forfeited.
- In any case if there is a defected item received, we sincerely apologise for overlooking. Kindly send us a snapshot of the defects via Instagram DM or email. We will arrange our courier to pick the defected items up and arrange to send a new piece as soon as possible (as per original order, no changing of items). Please refer to THIS page for defective items not applicable for returns/exchanges.
